Pre-Construction Phase
Our pre-construction phase includes pre-lease analysis, site review and reporting,
feasibility studies,
preliminary budgeting and costing, preliminary scheduling.
Construction Phase
Our construction phase includes tendering and subtrade bidding, subtrade package analysis for completion, municipal approval, site construction implementation/management, accurate scheduling and tracking, project reporting and financial management.
Post-Construction Phase
Our post-construction phase includes commissioning and training, project closeout documentation,
municipal approval sign off, financial closeout.
Our aim is to provide you with a complete budget integrating both
design and construction costs at the initial stage of the project. We supply
value engineering, accurate budgets, detailed scheduling and project
implementation.
General Contracting
If you prefer a GC contract, you can rest assured knowing that you have a
fixed price. Our services as a General Contractor are competitively priced
based on documents supplied by the client and his or her consultants.
