As technology changes, so do our tools. Our fully integrated software enables us to accurately track up to the minute costs. Detailed reporting tracks drawing distribution, meeting minutes, status of changes, and more. Our estimators utilize custom developed spreadsheets and specialized software for accurate quantity surveying.

Our Capabilities

BLT's projects range from renovations to ground-up construction. We manage the process from the early conceptual stages through to the turn over date. We also provide post construction service. Our experienced staff will advise you on typical timelines during the design development, during the working drawing stage, through the tendering and pricing phase, and provide detailed scheduling throughout the building process. Working with you and your scheduling requirements from the beginning of a project, enables us to flag long lead time items or the need to involve specialized consultants. We coordinate the process of obtaining site plan approvals, building permits, and simplify the final occupancy approvals that you'll need for completion.
